Hi
Is this company still going? Im looking to place an order but have read some stories on these forums. Is any member of staff able to reply to this and tell me if you are? and if so how long is the wait for a server to be provisioned?

| Judging by the responses on this board, i dont think ill bother with servolocity, shame though there deals were good, hi ho of to try and find another host |

| I have a VPS with servelocity - it's still running well. Though the servelocity.net website and the control panel seems to be down. |

Ditto although I'm getting an email an hour telling me my payment has been declined.

Now my server is in graced mode i.e. restricted bandwidth because of the failed payments.
Still no /cp/ to fix it. Nor any response from finance@
I wonder if it's a server issue or a banking one? I know a number of guys have had problems with payments and refunds.
Why do these things always happen on a weekend?
